  • 1 cups - jarred roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cups - extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons - sherry vinegar
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 teaspoons - smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper
  • Directions:

    Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy. Or blend in a large glass measuring cup or wide jar with an immersion blender.
