  • 1 cartons - 8-0z. Sour cream
  • 1/4 cups - Bottled, roasted red bell peppers, Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons - Green onion, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoons - Fresh basil (or 1/2 tsp. dried basil), Chopped or crumbled
  • 1 cloves - Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  • - Assorted vegetable dippers or chips/crackers
  • Directions:

    1. In a small bowl, stir together sour cream, roasted peppers, green onion, basil, garlic and salt. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
    2. Stir before serving. Serve w/ assorted vegetable dippers, tortilla chips, other chips or crackers.
