Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons - butter
  • 1/2 cups - diced celery
  • 2 cups - cooked rice
  • 1 cans - 4.5 oz. deviled ham
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  • 1/2 cups - cheddar cheese, grated
  • - crumbled bacon
  • Directions:

    Saute celery in butter. Add rice, ham, egg, salt and pepper.

    Stir and blend. Pour into greased casserole. Top with cheese and bacon.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
