Really Good Bean Salad Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - 15-0z. Dark red kidney beans
  • 1 cans - 15-0z. Black beans
  • 1 cans - 15-oz. Garbanzo beans
  • 1 cans - 15-oz. Pinto beans
  • 1 cans - 15-oz. Cannelini beans
  • whole - 1/2-3/4 large Red onion, Coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cups - Olive oil
  • 1/4 cups - Cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cups - Good Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cups - Sugar
  • 1 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons - Dried parsley
  • - Fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Rinse beans well. Drain and pur into a large bowl. Add onions, olive oil, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley and pepper. Mix well.
