  • 10 - graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 ounces - low-fat spread, melted, Can't Believe it's Not Butter
  • 1 1/4 cups - fat-free raspberry yogurt
  • 7/8 cups - fat-free cottage cheese, drained
  • 1 packages - raspberry sugar free jello
  • 1 teaspoons - gelatine
  • 2/3 cups - boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons - sweetener
  • - fresh raspberries, for garnish
  • Directions:

    Mix together the crushed crackers and melted spread. Spoon into the base of a pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Mix the jello with the boiling water and stir in the gelatine. Leave to cool, then place in a food blender with the yogurt, cottage cheese and sweetener. Blend until smooth, then pour over the cracker base crust. Chill until set.

    Arrange fresh raspberries on top before serving.
