Raspberry and Brownie Ice Cream Pie Tell a Friend

  • - batch of brownies, broken into bite-size pieces
  • 1 quarts - raspberry sherbet, softened
  • 19 ounces - package chocolate cookie, crushed into crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons - melted butter
  • 2 cups - chocolate sauce, homemade preferably
  • Directions:

    For Crust:

    Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press over bottom of spring form pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.

    For pie:

    Spread half of sherbet over crust. Sprinkle half of brownie pieces over. Drizzle 1/2 cup of chocolate sauce over. Repeat layers. Wrap and freeze.

    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Pass chocolate sauce.
