Ingredients:

  • 3 cups - Quick cook Grain Quinoa, Cooked
  • 1 whole - Tomato, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups - Celery, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups - Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cups - Chopped walnuts
  • 1 whole - Apple, Chopped
  • 3 teaspoons - Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons - Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
