  • 1/2 pounds - Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 cans - (small) chopped green chilies
  • 3 - fresh jalapenos, seeded, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons - sour cream
  • 1/3 cups - milk
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • Directions:

    Saute onion.

    Add jalapeno and green chilies. Heat slowly and add milk. Add cheese and melt.

    Add sour cream. Turn off heat; cover and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
