Ingredients:

  • 1 packages - Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (18.5 oz.)
  • 1 packages - Jello vanilla instant pudding mix (3.75 oz.)
  • 1/2 cups - corn oil
  • 1 cups - water
  • 4 - eggs
  • Directions:

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Bake in a greased and floured angel food pan OR large tube pan at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Cool right side up for 25 minutes, then remove from pan. Use powdered sugar frosting.

    For variations:
    For Lemon Cake, use lemon cake mix and lemon instant pudding mix.
    For Marble Cake, use marble cake mix and vanilla instant pudding mix.
