  • 1 pounds - Sharp cheddar cheese, Grated
  • 8 ounces - Cream cheese, Softened
  • 4 ounces - Blue Cheese, Crumbled
  • 1/2 cups - Brandy
  • 1 teaspoons - Dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Tabasco sauce
  • Directions:

    1. Put cheddar, cream and blue cheeses in mixing bowl with brandy, dry mustard, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces and beat on high for 5 minutes.
    2. Pack in a covered 1-qt. container and refrigerate at least 48 hours.
    3. To serve, let stand at room temperature for an hour.
