Ingredients:

  • 2 cups - orange juice OR pineapple juice
  • 1 - cinnamon stick
  • 4 - medium apples, washed and cored
  • 1/2 cups - walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cups - plain yogurt
  • Directions:

    Pour fruit juice into steamer base. Add cinnamon stick to juice.

    Stuff apple centers with walnuts; place apples on perforated container in steamer.

    Cover and steam for 10-15 minutes. Top each apple with a dollop of yogurt before serving.
