Pineapple Kiwi Tea Sandwiches Tell a Friend

  • 8 ounces - cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups - pineapple preserves
  • 1 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  • 4 - fresh kiwis, peeled, sliced thin
  • 16 slices - whole wheat bread, crusts removed
  • Directions:

    After removing crusts from bread, cut into rounds.

    In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, preserves, and mayonnaise. Spread evenly on top of each slice of bread.

    Top with a piece of kiwi.
