Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers Tell a Friend

  • 3 - large peppers
  • 1 - large white onion
  • 6 slices - of your favorite cheese
  • 1 pounds - shredded steak
  • 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoons - beef bouillon
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Slice all peppers in half-length wise (through the stem), and hollow out the inside of the peppers.

    Thinly slice onion (you can use a mandolin, or the slicing side of your grater).

    Sauté shredded steak (if you do not have pre shredded steak, thinly slice your steak first) in a hot pan for 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

    Add onions, Worcestershire and beef bouillon to the steak and sauté for another 3-5 minutes, seasoning again with salt and pepper.

    Using tongs add steak and onion mixture into each hollowed out pepper.

    Add favorite cheese to the top of each pepper.

    Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
