  • 2 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
  • Directions:

    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack at room temperature for at least 1 hour before refrigerating. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
