  • 4 cups - Self-Rising Flour
  • 4 cups - 2% Fage Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Toppings
  • 1 jars - Pizza Sauce
  • 2 bags - Shredded Cheese, Mozzarella or Blended
  • 1 bunches - Fresh Basil
  • 1 containers - Pepperoni
  • Directions:

    1) Mix flour and yogurt by hand in a large mixing bowl. Knead until it becomes a nice dough (will be sticky). I usually wash hands after it’s done then roll it out into the shape you want and thickness. Sprinkle flour on counter so it doesn't stick.
    2) Sprinkle corn meal or breadcrumbs on a pan then transfer rolled dough to an oven pan.
    3) Rub base layer of olive oil on the pie. Next add light layer of mozzarella cheese followed by pizza sauce of your choice and then another level of cheese.
    4) Top with basil or any toppings you want and bake on 375 for 25-30 minutes however crispy you want it.
    5) Once pizza is done cooking in oven transfer the baked pie from the pan to a drying rack so that pizza does not become soggy. Let sit for a few minutes, then transfer back to pan, cut and serve!
