Perfect Pancakes Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - flour
  • 1/2 cups - vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoons - baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cups - vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cups - milk
  • - optional toppings: sugar-free syrup and fresh fruit
  • Directions:

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

    In a separate bowl blend egg, yogurt and milk together, then mix into bowl with dry ingredients.

    Coat a pan with cooking spray and scoop ΒΌ cup batter into pan for each pancake.

    Flip when bubbles appear on top, and cook until golden brown.

    Top with sugar-free syrup and lots of fresh fruit.
