Peppery Chicken Tell a Friend

  • 4 - chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
  • 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups - mushrooms, sliced
  • 3/4 cups - dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons - parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons - crushed hot red pepper flakes, optional
  • 4 - lemon wedges, for garnish
  • Directions:

    Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Place chicken in the bottom of the 12" Gourmet Skillet (Item #3239). Cover with mushrooms, wine, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and red pepper flakes. Cover, turn heat to medium. Wait for 'Whistle"; close valve and turn heat to low for about 30 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture on serving plates. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
