Pedrotti’s Dry Rub for Baby Back Ribs Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 4 pounds - baby back ribs, cut into 2-rib portions
  • Rib Rub
  • 1 tablespoons - paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - finely grated orange zest
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons - ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons - black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  • Directions:

    In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients for the rib rub.

    Rub spice mixture all over the ribs.

    Cover and refrigerate ribs for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

    Brief Description

    Rub this brown sugar and orange zest spice mix onto baby back ribs and let sit before cooking.
