  • 2 teaspoons - black chia seeds
  • 2 - ripe bananas, fresh or frozen (about 1-1/2 cups), peeled
  • 1/3 cups - creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons - honey
  • Directions:

    Add almond milk, chia, bananas, peanut butter, and honey to blender; blend until smooth. (For a thicker consistency, use frozen bananas.)
