Peanut Butter Balls Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups - margarine, melted
  • 16 ounces - peanut butter
  • 1 boxes - powdered sugar, (3 1/2 cups)
  • 3 1/2 cups - Rice Krispies , (measure before crushing)
  • 1 bars - white chocolate bark
  • 1 bags - semi-sweet chocolate chips , (or 2 bags if you want darker chocolate)
  • Directions:

    Melt margarine. Mix with peanut butter and powdered sugar. Crush Rice Krispies and add to mixture. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Melt bark and chips in a double boiler. Dip balls and place them on wax paper. Let set before storing in cool place.

    Notes

    I put peanut butter balls in freezer for up to an hour before dipping.
