Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - small peas
  • 1 cans - french beans
  • 1 cans - shoe peg corn
  • 1 - medium onion, cut fine
  • 1 cups - finely cut celery
  • 1 - pepper, cut fine
  • Dressing
  • 1 cups - sugar
  • 1/2 cups - oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups - vinegar
  • Directions:

    Bring sugar, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to a boil; then cool.

    Toss all ingredients together. Make one day ahead to marinate in fridge overnight.
