Pasta with Sausage and Bell Peppers Tell a Friend

  • 1 pounds - sausage
  • 2 - medium green or red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 1 cups - half and half
  • 1/4 cups - chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoons - marjoram
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 10 ounces - fusilli pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 cups - grated Parmesan
  • Directions:

    Cook first 4 ingredients (sausage, bell peppers, onion and garlic) in skillet for about 8 minutes. Drain drippings.

    Stir in half and half, parsley, and salt and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened.

    Pour over pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan.
