Pasta with Lemon and Cream Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 pounds - thin pasta (capellini), cooked
  • 2 teaspoons - freshly grated lemon rind
  • 1 1/4 sticks - unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons - dry white wine
  • 1 2/3 cups - heavy cream
  • pinchs - cayenne
  • 1 teaspoons - fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cups - Parmesan
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Saute lemon rind in butter; add wine and stir. Then add cream, lemon juice and cayenne.

    Toss with cooked pasta, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
