Overnight Oats with Almonds and Strawberries Tell a Friend

  • 1/2 cups - old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cups - milk (whole, almond, soy or coconut)
  • 1 teaspoons - honey, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
  • 1 cups - quartered strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons - slivered almonds, toasted
  • Directions:

    Stir together oats, milk, honey, vanilla and salt in a bowl until well combined.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight, or up to 2 days.

    Remove from fridge and stir. Top with strawberries and almonds. Drizzle with more honey, if desired.

    (To add a bit more body before serving, stir in a spoonful of full-fat yogurt.)
