Oven-baked Fajitas Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons - Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons - Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons - Ground cumin
  • 1 pounds - Flank steak or boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 14 1/2 ounces - Diced tomatoes with mild green chilies, 1 can
  • 1 - Medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 - Medium onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1 - Medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 8 ounces - Can tomato sauce
  • 10 - Flour tortillas, fajita size
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400°F. In a 9x13" baking dish, combine oil, chili powder and cumin. Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and mix well. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until meat is done. Serve wrapped in warm tortillas.
