  • 1/2 pounds - Fresh shrimp, Peeled & deveined
  • 1 tablespoons - Oil
  • 1 cloves - Garlic, Minced
  • 1 teaspoons - Ginger, Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoons - Scallions, Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 cans - Sliced pineapple
  • Directions:

    1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.

    2. Ad garlic, scallions, salt, ginger and shrimp. Cook, stirring briskly until shrimp is pink and just cooked. Remove from heat.

    3. Place with each shrimp w/ a toothpick on top of quartered, sliced pineapple.
