Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups - plain instant oatmeal
  • 1 cups - 1% milk
  • 1 tablespoons - sliced almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoons - powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoons - honey
  • 1 teaspoons - ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoons - low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • Directions:

    Mix the oats, milk, almonds, ginger, honey and flaxseed in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Top with yogurt and optional fruit.
