One-Pot Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Tell a Friend

  • 1 tablespoons - Oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds - Chicken Breast, Cubed
  • 1 teaspoons - Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoons - Pepper
  • 1 whole - Onion
  • 1 heads - Broccoli
  • 6 cups - Milk
  • 1 pounds - Bow-tie Pasta
  • 1 cups - Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cups - Mozzarella Cheese
  • Directions:

    1. Heat the oil in a large pot. Add in the chicken, season with half of the seasoned salt and pepper, and cook
    2. Once the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through, remove it from the pan and add in the onion and broccoli. Season with the remaining salt and pepper. Cook and stir until the onions begin to become translucent.
    3. Pour in the milk and bring it to a boil. Stir periodically so that the bottom does not burn.
    4. Once the milk is bubbling, add in the pasta and stir frequently until pasta reaches your desired doneness (approximately 10 minutes at medium heat)
    5. Then add in your parmesan and mozzarella. Stir until the cheese is melted.
