Nutella Cupcakes Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

Cupcakes
  • 3 - Eggs (large)
  • 375 grams - Nutella,
  • 150 grams - Self Raising Flour
  • Frosting
  • 175 grams - Unsalted Butter,
  • 175 grams - Icing Sugar,
  • 360 grams - Nutella,
  • - Milk,
  • Directions:

    1. Whisk the eggs, Nutella & flour together and spoon into cupcake cases.

    2. Bake at 180c for 10-15mins or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

    2. Whisk Nutella, butter and icing sugar together until it forms a nice stiff peak. Add small quantities of milk if needed.

    3. Once the cupcakes have cooled, pipe the butter icing on top.
