Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - oats
  • 1/2 cups - peanut butter
  • 1/3 cups - honey
  • 1 cups - coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cups - ground flaxseed
  • 1 - scoop chocolate Shakeology, or other protein shake mix
  • 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir until well-blended. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled well. Then form into balls and enjoy. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
