No Bake Double Layer Chocolate Pie Tell a Friend

  • 4 ounces - Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoons - sugar
  • 2 cups - Cold Milk, (+1 Tbs)
  • 8 ounces - Cool Whip
  • 1 - Graham cracker crust
  • 8 ounces - chocolate instant pudding
  • Directions:

    In large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 T. milk with whisk until smooth. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
    In second bowl, stir pudding mix into remaining 2 cups milk until well blended. Immediately stir in remaining cool whip. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
