  • 2 cups - sour cream (OR imitation sour cream)
  • 2 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 ounces - ricotta OR creamed cottage cheese
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • 4 - eggs, well beaten
  • 3 tablespoons - flour
  • 3 tablespoons - corn starch
  • 1 teaspoons - real lemon juice
  • 4 ounces - oleo or butter, melted
  • Directions:

    Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, and ricotta or cottage cheese.

    Add sugar, eggs, flour, corn starch and lemon juice. Add melted butter.

    Pour into well-greased spring-form pan (or spray with Pam) and bake at 350 degrees F for 50-60 minutes.

    Turn off oven and Do Not Open for 3 hours.

    Brief Description

    Baked in a springform pan; allow to cool in oven for 3 hours after baking.
