  • 1 cups - sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons - prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons - sugar
  • - chopped parsley
  • Directions:

    Cook potatoes until tender.

    Mix sour cream, mustard and sugar. Pour over hot cooked potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
