  • 2 cups - Cold, cooked large shrimp, Thawed if frozen
  • 3 tablespoons - Celery, Diced
  • 2 tablespoons - Fresh flat-leaf parsley, Chopped
  • 3 tablespoons - Mayonnaise, More if needed
  • - Kosher salt
  • - Freshly ground pepper
  • 4 - Hot dog buns, Buttered & toasted
  • Directions:

    1. Shell shrimp and cut each into 3 pieces.
    2. Combine shrimp, celery, parsley and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season w/ salt and pepper; add more mayo if you prefer a creamier salad.
    3. Butter and toast hot dog buns Divide mixture evenly among buns.
