  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups - Ghee
  • 1 1/2 cups - Besan
  • Directions:

    1. In a pan, add sugar and pour enough water to just soak the sugar. Boil this mixture and make into a sugar syrup with single thread consistency.
    2. Now add besan. Mix well.
    3. Add smoking hot melted ghee slowly to the besan mixture. Keep stirring and adding ghee as required till you see the mixture changing color and coming together.
    4. Now pour this mixture into a well greased plate and let it set and cool down. After about 45 minutes, cut into pieces. Let cool completely and enjoy the Mysore Pak pieces
