  • 16 ounces - canned corn, drained
  • 16 ounces - creamed corn
  • 2 whole - eggs, beaten
  • 8 ounces - corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cups - butter, melted
  • 1 cups - sour cream
  • 2 cups - orange cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Directions:

    Spray 9x13 baking dish. Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese evenly on top. Bake for 15 more mins. Cut into squares and serve. If not firm, can bake a bit longer.
