  • 1 packages - penne, ziti or mostaccioli noodles, 16 oz, about 3 cups dried
  • 3 ounces - cream cheese, softened
  • 5 ounces - ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cups - parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 pounds - ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 32 ounces - spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cups - cheddar, grated
  • 3/4 cups - mozzarella, grated
  • Directions:

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Stir cream cheese into noodles while they are still hot; then stir in ricotta and parmesan, too.
While noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef or sausage in a large skillet; drain off grease. Pour spaghetti sauce into skillet with browned meat, and reduce heat to medium-low.
