    Brief Description

The classic Toll-House recipe with a couple of twists.

    Main Ingredient:

    Chocolate chips

    Cuisine:  American

    Prep Time: 10 min
    Cook Time: 10 min

You can use any combination of chips, nuts and dried fruits totaling 3 cups or less with the basic dough. Dad's favorite is 12 ounces of white chocolate bar, coarsely chopped, and one cup of dried cranberries. Your Aunt Linda adds cinnamon to the dough, it tastes yummy. This dough freezes well--freeze scoops of dough on a cookie sheet till firm, then put all the balls in a ziplock bag to store. Thaw the frozen dough before baking.
