  • 2 cups - artichoke hearts, finely chopped
  • 2 cups - parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 whole - pod of garlic (not just a clove, but the whole pod), minced
  • 1 cups - mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups - sour cream
  • - garlic salt , to taste
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients and spoon into an ovenproof dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees F until heated thru and bubbly (about 20 minutes).

    Serve with club crackers and breath mints!
