  • 1 sticks - butter
  • 7 ounces - jar of marshmallow cream
  • 1 cans - (large can) evaporated milk
  • 3 bags - Hershey's kisses (approximately 1-1/2 pounds)
  • 4 cups - to 6 cups broken pecans
  • 5 cups - sugar
  • 2 bags - Bits o' Brickle (English toffee bits)
  • Directions:

    Prepare by putting unwrapped kisses and marshmallow cream into a large bowl.

    Add milk, sugar and butter to a medium-large sauce pan; bring to a boil. Turn down to low, continue cooking (slow boil) for 8 minutes, stirring constantly!

    Pour hot cream over the kisses and marshmallow cream.

    Stir in Bits o' Brickle and pecans (it's a bit of a workout!).

    Spoon onto wax paper to set.

    They freeze well! Enjoy!
