Mexican Tuna Salad Tell a Friend

  • 1 cans - drained tuna
  • 1/2 - avocado, diced
  • 1 cups - chopped cabbage
  • 1 - jalapeno, sliced
  • 2 - chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cups - extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons - lime zest
  • 1 tablespoons - lime juice
  • Directions:

    In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lime zest and lime juice; set aside.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the tuna, avocado, cabbage, jalapeno and scallions.

    Pour in the olive oil mixture and mix gently until thoroughly combined.

    Serve and enjoy!
