Ingredients:

  • 1 kilograms - Chicken Thigh, Remove skin leave bone
  • 2 whole - Limes, Zest and juiced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 2 teaspoons - chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons - cumin
  • 2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons - ground corriander
  • 1/2 teaspoons - cayanne
  • 3 tablespoons - Vegetable oil
  • Directions:

    combine all but chicken and mix well.
    Coat Chicken and let marinade 2-24 hours
    saute chicken on boths sides untill fully cooked
    allow to cool and shread
