Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons - Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons - Capsicum
  • 2 tablespoons - Spring Onion, White Part
  • 1/2 cups - Tomato Puree
  • - Salt, To Taste
  • 1 teaspoons - Paprika
  • 1 teaspoons - Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoons - Mexican Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoons - Oregano
  • 3 tablespoons - Rajma, Boiled
  • 1/2 cups - Boiled Mixed Vegetables, Sweet Corn, Baby Corn, Cauliflower, Carrot, Broccoli, Zucchini, Bellpapers
  • 1 cups - Cooked Rice
  • 2 tablespoons - Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoons - Spring Onion, Greens
  • For Garnishing
  • - Nachos
  • - Baby Corn
  • - Spring Onion
  • Directions:

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, capsicum, spring onion whites and tomato puree and cook together.
    Now add salt, paprika, chili flakes, mexican seasoning, black pepper, oregano, rajma, mixed vegetables and cooked rice and mix together.
    Turn off the stove and add sour cream and spring onion greens.

    Serve hot.
