  • 1 boxes - Corn Chex
  • 1 cans - Shoestring potatoes
  • 1 jars - Salted peanuts, large
  • 1 cans - French fried onions, if desired
  • 1 sticks - Margarine
  • 1 packages - Taco seasoning
  • Directions:

    Melt margarine; add package of taco seasoning. Set aside.

    Mix all other ingredients together in large bowl or pan. Pour melted margarine/seasoning mix over and mix gently -- coating all the cereal.

    Spread on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 250° for about 30 minutes. Don't let it get too brown. Enjoy!
