  • 1 bags - 16 oz. slaw
  • 1 cans - 14 oz. sweet corn kernels
  • 1 cans - 14 oz. black beans
  • 1 - small red onion, sliced
  • 1 - red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 - large tomato, diced
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded, sliced fine
  • 1/2 cups - cilantro leaves and stems
  • 1/2 cups - Garlic Vinaigrette salad dressing, plus up to 1/4 cup more, to taste
  • Directions:

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dressing until mixed together well.

    Then pour vinaigrette dressing over all; toss and chill 'til serving.

    Keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
