Mexican Casserole Tell a Friend

  • 1 pounds - hamburger meat
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cans - Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cans - black beans
  • - cheddar cheese, grated
  • - corn tortillas or tortilla chips
  • Directions:

    Cook hamburger meat and onion until cooked through; drain.

    In a separate bowl, mix soups, Ro-Tel and beans; add meat.

    In a casserole dish, start by layering meat mixture, then tortillas or chips until mixture is gone.

    Be sure to end with meat mixture on top. Add cheese and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
