  • 1 pounds - ground beef, browned
  • 1 cans - Ro-Tel
  • 1 cans - Ranch style beans
  • 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  • - crushed tortilla chips, enough to cover bottom of baking pan
  • - shredded cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
  • Directions:

    Mix together the browned ground beef with the RoTel, beans, and mushroom soup.

    Place crushed tortilla chips into baking dish, enough to cover bottom of pan.

    Add above mixture over top of chips, and top with shredded cheese.

    Heat at 350 degrees F until heated through.

    Ground beef with canned beans and RoTel top off crushed tortilla chips for a delicious baked casserole topped off with some shredded cheese.
