  • 1 - fully-cooked deli chicken, meat removed from bones
  • 1 jars - 15 oz. Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cups - frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tablespoons - chopped pimentos (OR roasted red pepper)
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • - a pinch of dried thyme
  • 1 packages - Pillsbury pie crust
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir together chicken, Alfredo sauce, peas and carrots and pimentos (or red pepper). Stir in salt, pepper and thyme.

    Line a 9-inch pie pan with one piece of pie dough. Fill with chicken mixture.

    Top with remaining piece of pie dough and crimp the edges.

    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and pie is hot and bubbly.
