Ingredients:

  • - Hummus, recipe included below
  • 1/4 cups - Diced, seeded tomato
  • 2 tablespoons - Chopped, pitted Greek olives
  • 2 teaspoons - Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoons - Dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons - Pepper
  • 3/4 cups - Chopped, seeded cucumber
  • 3/4 teaspoons - Dried dill weed
  • 1/4 cups - Fat-free plain yogurt
  • 6 whole - Pita breads, Cut into triangles
  • 1 cans - 15-oz. Garbanzo beans, For hummus
  • 1/4 cups - Fat-free plain yogurt, For hummus
  • 2 tablespoons - 2-3 T Tahini, For hummus
  • 2 cloves - Garlic, For hummus
  • 1 tablespoons - Lemon juice, For hummus
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Salt, For hummus
  • 1/8 teaspoons - Cayenne pepper, For hummus

  • Directions:

    FOR HUMMUS: Process beans, yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt & cayenne in a food processor until smooth.

    FOR DIP: Prepare Hummus. Spoon Hummus onto large plate or serving platter, leaving a border around edge of plate. Combine tomatoes, olives, oil, oregano, salt & pepper; spoon mixture over Hummus, leaving a border of Hummus showing. Spoon combined cucumber and dill weed over tomatoes, leaving a border of tomatoes showing. Spoon yogurt over cucumbers. Serve w/ pita triangles.
