  • - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 - Shallot, minced
  • 1 cups - Port wine
  • 2 tablespoons - Beef stock
  • 1/2 cups - Chocolate balsamic
  • Directions:

    Saute the shallot in the olive oil until just translucent. Add the port wine and reduce by half. Add the beef stock and Chocolate balsamic and reduce by 1/4.

    Main Ingredient:

    Port wine

    Cuisine:  Italian


    You can use the drippings from the steak instead of the beef stock if you prefer
